"Awful service"

Just tried to collect my dry cleaning which was due on Thursday last week. Today is Saturday and it wasn't ready for collection and I needed it for tonight. The young girl was helpful in store and said her manager would call me to discuss when it would be available. He called several hours later and said it wouldn't be available until Monday afternoon which is 4 days later than guaranteed by the manager when I dropped it off. To make it worse the manager was also rude, unhelpful and not apologetic. It was a few pounds cheaper than Johnsons across the road - I suppose you get what you pay for. Definitely not using them again..
