"Ok until something goes wrong"

Bought 2 or 3 items from this shop. Good customer service and free delivery. However bought induction hob but when qualified electrician came to fit didn't work. Took unit back but Range refused to replace it. Told me could only do this if I called out New World customer services to look at installed job and they confirmed it didn't work - no idea how long this takes. As you can guess won't be going back to that shop again.
