"What a waste of money"

Well I ave been to chopsticks lovely lane to night for tea the ribs I could not eat they were tough and my chicken Kung poo was not nice well when I rang the shop to complain I was told that's the way we cook well I ave been goin for about 15years and I buy the same things but tonight it was very bad I did not like the way the owner spoke to me on the phone she was rude .
